InsuranceVault is a personal insurance management tool that allows you to store, organize, and receive alerts about your insurance policies. InsuranceVault is not an insurance company, insurance agent, or financial advisor. Nothing in this service constitutes insurance, financial, or legal advice.
InsuranceVault sends transactional SMS alerts about your insurance policies. Message frequency varies based on your uploaded policies and their key dates. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. For support, contact support@insurancevault.ai.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you upload. InsuranceVault extracts data from your documents using AI and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted information. Always verify critical policy details directly with your insurance carrier.
InsuranceVault provides information about your insurance policies based on documents you upload. This information is for your personal reference only and does not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.
InsuranceVault is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and your access continues until then. Fees already paid are not refunded or prorated. After your paid period ends, your account becomes read-only: your vault remains available to view and export, while uploads and AI-powered features stop until you resubscribe.
To keep the service reliable and sustainable, your use of AI-powered features (such as document reading and question answering) is subject to a monthly usage limit applied per account on a calendar-month basis, regardless of whether you pay monthly or annually. These limits are set at a generous level for normal personal use and may be adjusted from time to time. We will not reduce a limit in a way that materially impairs normal use without notice.
411 Tech LLC is not liable for any missed insurance deadlines, coverage lapses, or financial losses arising from use of or reliance on InsuranceVault. The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InsuranceVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
